SCALE provides done-for-you AI-powered appointment setting services for roofing contractors. Our services include AI-driven lead targeting, automated outreach, follow-up, and appointment booking directly into your calendar or CRM. Specific deliverables, timelines, and guarantees are outlined in your individual service agreement.

Our 150-appointment guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee applies to booked appointments delivered within the first 90 days of campaign activation
• Client must complete onboarding and provide all required information within the agreed timeframe
• Client must have sufficient crew capacity and calendar availability to accept appointments
• If 150 appointments are not delivered in 90 days, SCALE will continue providing services at no additional charge until the guarantee is fulfilled
• The guarantee does not apply to cancellations, no-shows, or appointments not accepted by the client
• Full terms of the guarantee are detailed in your individual service agreement

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, service area details, and calendar access during onboarding
• Maintain sufficient calendar availability to accept booked appointments
• Respond to booked appointments in a timely and professional manner
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your service area, capacity, or business information

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. By engaging our services:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method as agreed
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge in question

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SCALE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Where an exclusive territory is granted as part of your service agreement, SCALE agrees not to provide the same services to a direct competitor within your defined geographic service area during the term of your agreement. Territory exclusivity is limited to the specific services and niche outlined in your agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCALE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS OBJECTIVES, THAT ANY PARTICULAR REVENUE OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCALE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate services as outlined in your individual service agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
